Account Deletion

Delete Your Ceed Account

Ceed customers can permanently delete their accounts from within the Ceed Shopping mobile app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to your Ceed Shopping account.
  2. Open your Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, submit your request through our Contact Us page.

Use the subject “Delete my Ceed account” and provide the email address or phone number registered to your account. Do not include your password.

We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

What will be deleted

After verification, Ceed will delete or anonymize the customer account and personal profile information that is no longer required to provide services service.

Certain transaction, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and order records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, or accounting purposes.
